Today, we’re ready to hire a UX Designer to join our team!

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing user-centered experiences that align with vertical strategies, enhancing audience engagement and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Leading the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect defined personas and strategic goals.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including content strategists, technical leads, and stakeholders, to co-create and refine design solutions during workshops and working sessions.
  • Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries that align with brand strategy and vision.
  • Creating and optimizing UI elements, layouts, and interactions for web experiences tailored to audience needs.
  • Conducting iterative testing and incorporating customer feedback, analytics, and usability findings to continuously improve designs.
  • Supporting the facilitation of collaborative workshops to define goals, align stakeholders, and generate actionable design takeaways.
  • Producing designs and content structures compatible with personalization technologies to enable effective scalability.
  • Assessing existing design assets and digital performance to identify gaps, recommend updates, and drive optimization.
  • Preparing detailed design documentation and specifications to guide development and ensure seamless implementation.

Key Requirements

  • You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Humans Factors Engineering or related field
  • You have 5+ years of prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
  • You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
  • You must have a portfolio to share

Base Pay Range $60-$80

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
