Today, we’re ready to add an ICAM (Identity, Credentialing and Access Management) Project Manager to our team.  As an ICAM Project Manager, you will work with clients and partners to define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and identify requirements. Lead a team responsible for implementing identity management solutions for our clients.

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, security teams, business units, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks and ensure project success.
  • Monitor project activities, track project progress, and report on project status to stakeholders, executive leadership, and project sponsors.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones, deliverables, and successful outcomes within defined timelines.
  • Create project plan to lay out major milestones and activities to share with stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead all Agile ceremonies for specific ICAM initiatives.
  • Work with the ICAM Program Lead to plan for and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning activities for the larger ICAM portfolio.
  • Act as a consultative, trusted advisor for clients on projects.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, requirements, meeting notes, status reports, change management, and client approval documents.
  • What we would like to see:
  • Strong background in both Identity and Access Management and/or Cybersecurity, as well as project management.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large projects and/or programs.
  • Agile experience
  • Experience working with federal government.
  • Ability to understand and identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Six Sigma training or PMP project management certification a plus
  • Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies.
  • Energetic team player with excellent written communications, verbal communications, and conceptual skills and experience working with digital teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
  • Strong track record of project delivery and benefits realization
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination and meeting facilitation skills
  • Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision.

W2 Hourly Rate: $60-$77

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
