We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions. Experience with Entra ID is a plus, as we are looking to enhance our offerings in identity and access management.

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Lead Product Discovery: Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify user needs and market opportunities.
  • Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and customer insights.
  • Prioritize Product Backlog: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Drive Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes on user behavior and key metrics.
  • Analyze Data: Use analytics tools to gather insights on user engagement, retention, and conversion, informing future product decisions and iterations.
  • Iterate Based on Feedback: Continuously gather user feedback and iterate on product features to improve user experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Champion User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centered approach in product development, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the forefront of design decisions.
  • Communicate Progress: Regularly report on product performance and experimentation outcomes to stakeholders, providing transparency and insights into the product lifecycle.

What we would like to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products that meet market demands.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with Entra ID or similar identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the tech industry.

Base Pay Range $75-$85 W2 Hourly

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
