Today, we’re ready to add an Angular Front-End Developer to our team. As a Front-End Developer, you will bring your technical expertise, passion and curiosity to deliver simple solutions to complex problems and tailor cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients. In the Front-End Developer role, you can expect to work closely with a cross-functional team to bring ideas to life. In an increasingly competitive digital business environment, our Front-End Developers are given the space they need to invent, problem solve, explore, fix and create. Responsibilities of Role:

  • Have respect for and admiration of the culture, process and craft of web development, as well as an understanding of the client experience, appreciating what it takes to form long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain solid understanding of the tools, processes and approaches for world-class front-end development, and also the skills and appreciation for UX/UI and creative design principles.
  • Maintain a demonstrable and recent track record of delivering high quality Angular solutions with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engineer for performance, maintainability and efficiency, while also creating beautiful end-user experiences.
  • Work in a software development agile team in a fast-moving environment with new iterations every 10 days, communicating with Engineers, Customers, Project Managers, Requirements Analysts, Testers, and other team members.
  • Participate in agile team activities such as daily scrum, sprint retrospective, sprint review, and sprint planning.
  • Work at an extreme level of collaboration. Must be willing to work in a common virtual team workspace setting during the day.
  • Communicate effectively, written and verbal, with business, creative and technology stakeholders.

What We’d Like to See:

  • Education: B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, I.S./I.T. or related field
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of hands-on front end web development experience and an expert in Angular, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass), and jQuery skills.
    • At least 1 year of recent in-depth Angular experience.
    • Experience with NgRx and Angular Material, a bonus.
    • Proficiency in other modern JavaScript libraries and/or frameworks such as Vue, React, Node, and Knockout are also a plus.
  • A knack for teamwork and working with people across capabilities resulting in effective team collaboration, taking ownership and pride in producing detail-oriented, pixel-perfect work.
  • The ability to proactively manage timelines and commitments.
  • Critical thinking, staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and buzz words, with a specialization in Angular.
  • The ability to produce rapid and elegant componentized code and digital experiences.
  • Proficiency and awareness of successful approaches in responsive or adaptive web design.
  • Broad knowledge of capabilities across different browsers and devices.
  • Proficiency with a version control system (Git is preferred)  
  • Familiarity and experience with Test Driven Development, including automated build and testing tools such as Jenkins, Gulp, Browserify, Browsersync, etc 
  • Practical understanding of how to get what you need from Figma designs and prototypes to create pixel perfect products.
  • Comfortable getting around and operating via the command line.
  • Broad experience working on leading-edge projects across verticals for large, complex organizations.
  • U.S. Citizenship is Required.

Base Pay Range $45-$55/hour

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
