Today, we’re ready to add a Digital Delivery Lead to our team. Our Digital Delivery Leads work with high profile clients on large scale digital transformation efforts overseeing the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in managing client relationships, leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring projects are delivering business value to our clients.

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects and transformation efforts that include integrations with multiple platforms for high profile clients from discovery through technical implementation.
  • Manage sizable, multi-disciplinary teams of UX strategists, designers, business analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure the project milestones are achieved and client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Work with the client to understand the business problem behind the initiative to drive them toward a solution that meets the organization’s needs.
  • Ensure the team understands the “why” behind the project and drive true business outcomes adding value to the project beyond just completing milestones.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, third-party partners, and internal teams to integrate digital solutions, resolve dependencies, and deliver seamless project outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives, to drive project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adaptability with both the Veracity and client team to foster innovation and quality delivery.
  • Negotiate with various parties within the client organization to achieve desired outcomes and manage change effectively.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and proactively take corrective actions on variances.
  • Maintain oversight and accountability for project performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver regular, audience-specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that program sponsors, key stakeholders, and c-suite leadership are adequately apprised of project status, successes, risks and issues.
  • Build relationships with clients to position Veracity as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
  • Proactively identify and position potential follow-on work and drive additional business opportunities 
  • Consistently exhibit curiosity and passion not just for the project and clients, but also for the business itself.
  • Stay up to date on digital solution trends, technologies, and best practices.

What We’d Like to See:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management implementing software solutions, digital solutions, collaboration technology, workforce automation and/or content/marketing solutions
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional services or consulting firm
  • Empowered self-starter comfortable with taking the lead and managing multiple initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams
  • Strategic critical thinker, with the ability to question decisions and propose creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience managing large scale, highly complex projects end-to-end across a portfolio of different technologies.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with offshore technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodology required -- CSM certification a plus.
  • Hands on experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, public speaking, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including C-Suite executives
  • Experience mentoring members of the team, guiding them and grooming them for more responsibility
  • Ability to adapt quickly as client priorities change and be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent process development, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with SharePoint, Akumina, Sitecore or ServiceNow implementations is a plus

Base Pay Range $70-$85 W2 Hourly 

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
