Veracity is currently seeking a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant for HRSD / CSM to join our fast-growing Elite Global ServiceNow Practice. The resource will be responsible for the successful project delivery of ServiceNow's solutions and services, in a client consulting environment.

 What you get to do in this role:

The Principal Technical Consultant will be responsible to develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow HRSD and/or CSM product capabilities and complimentary technologies in a client-consulting environment including Case and Knowledge Management for HRSD - Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Relations, Manager Hub, Employee Journey Management, Employee Center Pro, Mobile Employee Onboarding, PA/PI for HR, Virtual Agent for HR, Now Assist GenAI. For CSM - Case and Knowledge Management, Data Models, PA/PI for CSM, Virtual Agent for CSM, Now Assist GenAI, Configurable Workspace, Customer Portals.  This position will contribute as a senior leader of the project delivery and solution delivery team including:

  • Support implementation workshops to gather business/technical agile user stories
  • Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices
  • Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration
  • Development of required client specific reporting
  • Development of required integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services)
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams as needed
  • Lead/Co-lead technical implementation teams
  • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
  • Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions for HR and/or CSM
  • Ensuring technical deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
  • Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined                

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience as a key technical leader for ServiceNow implementations in HRSD and/or CSM
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles that are client facing
  • JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML 5.0, CSS/LESS
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) required
  • Certified Implementation Specialist for HRSD (CIS-HR) required and/or
  • Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) required
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
  • GenAI Now Assist Accreditations nice to have

Note: Veracity will provide ServiceNow Partner training and certification opportunities to obtain if not held. Successful completion is a requirement for employment.

Base Pay Range: $85-$90/Hour

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
